How do I get a shirt?

Artie Apparel is not yet for sale but you can submit a request for a shirt on the Contact page and we will provide a shirt if we can. We are currently in a closed alpha-testing phase and quantities are very limited.

How can I share the results?

Currently we do not offer image capture in the web-app. If users want to share photos or videos with their augmented designs we recommend taking a screen shot or screen recording on your mobile device.

We encourage sharing Artie Apparel on social media, no need to tag us (though we’d appreciate it!)

Why do I need to accept these permissions?

The XR web-app relies on your phone’s camera and motion sensing to provide the full XR experience. These permissions are not saved across sessions because we are saving no user data or cookies.

The web-app will not function at all without permission to access the camera and the motion sensing from your device.

How long until my design updates?

For now (emphasis on for-now!) these designs are implemented and updated manually. As a result there will likely be a delay before the designs are visible on the web-app.

If you foresee a circumstance where real-time updates will be necessary or helpful do not hesitate to reach out and we can organize it.
